RANT: Art thieves

It really confuses me as to what goes on in the minds of some individuals when they join an art community and decide that the best thing to do to get recognition, is to steal other people's art and just start up a whole ruckus altogether. And the sheer audacity of these people to be blatantly disrespectful and arrogant to the whole situation when people bring up that what they are doing is wrong .

I mean seriously ? what do they gain from doing this and how does it make them feel when a whole bunch of people are spewing hate comments on their page day in and day out? Do they eat it up with a spoon? Does it recharge their internal batteries? Do they die if they aren't constantly causing trouble for others?

It's completely immature and disgusting and I absolutely hate it. 

But how can i be surprised? Most of these thieves haven't even/have barely hit puberty. And science states that young people's brains aren't fully developed yet. But clearly , amidst this fact, some still develop slower than others.
So they lack the experience , hard work and downright common sense that other mature artists have in their years of producing art, growing and making a living from it.

And they don't know the value of the time and effort spent on some of these species, so they're ok with just stealing and selling them off for next to nothing. And that's the funniest thing about it. They're making way less for stolen art/species than they would from actually putting in the effort to make their own. It just shows how stupid they are.

It's these same immature seedlings 'calling themselves artists' , that give a bad look on a community.
Then They gather up a collection of equally immature , disrespectful seedlings to form some sort of stupid rebellious cult and ultimately cause alot of hatred and confusion in the community . 

And all for what?
Art communities are formed for artists to share their work, learn from others, possibly get discovered for their talent & efforts and ultimately make friends.
So how does it benefit these shameless thieves to come and make a bad name for themselves and not only have respectable , hard-working artists hate them, but also have a cult-following of equally disrespectful , immature individuals, whose work is just as dishonest and sub-par in quality?

Noone will want to recommend, buy, commission, or promote such a person (except maybe their little cult), since their reputation will be in the dirt. 


I have no problems with the ones who own up to what they are doing or who might not know any better, and just apologize and stop their nonsense and try to have an honest living. I can understand that and probably even support that kind of budding artist as they learn the ways of the community. 
But the ones who are so disgusting to just blatantly continue their thievery and disrespect everyone who tries to set them right, I really have no sympathy for them when people bombard their profile with hate and negativity. They deserve every bit of it, if that kind of tough love is the only way for them to learn. smh 

The ones that apologize and stop, get more understanding and redemption,
than the disrespectful ones who continue their nonsense , and even if they try to redeem themselves , they have built up a level of negativity and mistrust in the community that no one will have anything good to say about them.

It infuriates me but i also feel sad for them, since they completely missed the meaning of an art community.
It really saddens me smh
